30-Day Return Policy

At Decor Flows, we understand that the purchase of furniture and home decor represents a significant investment, and we strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of all customers. Should a product you purchase from our online shop not match your expectations or needs, Decor Flows abides by a conditional 30-day return policy and offers hassle and worry-free shopping experience.

As always, while your return is being processed our trained team of sales representatives will be happy to help you shop on our site for alternative furniture and decor options that might better match your personal style preferences. Not all items are eligible for returns, and customers may be responsible for restocking fees or other fees associated with their return.

Now, a few details, upon which we must insist, for returned items to be eligible for a full refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition (sorry, we are unable to accept a return on items which have been assembled)
  • Products which are returned, but do not satisfy our conditions for a full refund will be subject to our Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees.
  • Items that are made-to-order with modifications not normally done by the manufacturer at the customer’s request.
  • Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international addresses

Please allow 24 - 48 hours business hours to receive a return authorization # for your return via email..

Please pack your items to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please send us the tracking # upon shipment so we may quickly refund you upon return. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received by the manufacturer, returned items will be inspected to verify their condition. Once condition is confirmed we will process your credit associated with your return. Credit returns generally take less than 10 days to process, but may take as longer depending on a particular case. You will be refunded via the same method by which the returned product(s) was originally purchased

Filing a Dispute

Due to transit times, manufacturer’s practices, and other processes some returns may take longer to process than others. In the case of a long return process, we ask that you are patient and understanding of our need to abide by particular quality control methods before issuing your return. We do not recommend filing a charge back from your credit card company, as we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process has been completed. In some cases charge back cases can take up to 180 days to resolve, and an open charge back case may void your eligibility to receive return credit of any kind.

Returning / Exchanging A Defective

Any goods which prove to be defective within thirty days of delivery may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a replacement of the same item. Please contact us toll-free at (866) 207-5630 to arrange for the return/exchange. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number on the shipping label. Please note that Decor Flows Reserves the right to first replace anything damaged or defective. If a replacement cannot be sent to satisfy a given situation a refund/Return can be discussed.

Returning A Non-defective Or Non-damaged Item: (Buyers' Remorse)

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange on most brands within 30 days. Please contact us toll-free at (866) 207-5630 to arrange for the return. Please note that certain items are considered special order by us and the manufacturer, and these products may not be returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. While we offer free shipping for most of our products, the original shipping charges for the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund.  In addition there is a 10% restocking fee which will also be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is waived if you choose a merchandise credit toward a future purchase.

All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. All warranty cards (if initially provided by the manufacturer) must be left blank. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 20% restocking charge as well as the shipping fee associated with the replacement.

Some Non-defective Merchandise Can Not Be Returned

We reserve the right to not accept any non-defective products from the following manufacturers unless stated product specifications or description is incorrect due to our or a manufacturer error.

Jennifer Taylor, Eurostyle,  Luxeo, TOV, Diamond are all non returnable items under buyers remorse policy, but brands can replace damaged or defective parts.

What Happens If An Item Is Too Big And Does Not Fit In The Door Or Room?

It is the responsibility of the customer to measure all entry ways to ensure large products such as couches, sectionals, and entertainment centers will fit into their home. Any item which does not fit through the entry when delivery is attempted is considered a refused shipment A return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Furniture which fits in a room, but not through a doorway, may be disassembled and reassembled. You may accept the delivery and we will give you the contact information for a furniture technician. Any costs are your responsibility.

Items Shipped To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Or International Addresses
Any goods that are picked up or loaded to a carrier, either UPS, FedEx, common carrier, or White Glove provider are considered "shipped". If delivery is refused on non-defective or non-damaged goods the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs that will be deducted from the refund amount.



All backorders that extend longer than 30 days and are approved by the customer will be charged to their credit card in full.
